Two Michelin Star dining at Scotland’s Oldest Working Distillery
Executive Chef Mark Donald, with experience from Noma and Restaurant Andrew Fairlie, leads the team with dishes inspired by global experience, terroir and local Scottish ingredients. Opened in 2021 within the distillery’s pagoda structure, the restaurant earned its first Michelin star within seven months and a coveted second in 2024, offering an intimate seven table tasting experience.
In the heart of Scotland’s oldest working distillery, a different kind of spirit is at work—where whisky, crystal and culinary mastery converge in a place shaped by history, craft and quiet brilliance.
