Opening on the Villa’s first floor, the restaurant will present an elegant culinary narrative rooted in regional and international influences led by renowned chef Christian Jürgens. With an emphasis on substance over spectacle, it promises intimate seating, marinade of local produce, polished service and a sense of occasion—true to Lalique’s artful hospitality.

As co-owner of the Florhof and patron of several renowned wine estates in Bordeaux, Silvio Denz brings a deep understanding of terroir, time and craft. This spirit informs the cellar’s future—curated with precision, served with restraint, and always anchored in place.
